DayDone is designed to be a private space for your productivity and habits. We may collect the following information:

• Account Information: Name and Email address (used for account authentication and cloud sync).
• User Content: Tasks, notes, habits, and routine data that you enter into the App.
• Activity Data: Completion records and streaks to generate your productivity insights and heatmaps.

Data Storage & Cloud Backup

By default, your data is stored locally on your device. If you use our Premium backup features, your data is encrypted and stored securely on our cloud server (Cloudflare R2) to allow data recovery.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services for specific functions:

• Authentication & Infrastructure: Google Firebase for secure login and database management.
• Payments: Google Play Billing for subscription management. We do not store your credit card or financial details.
• Analytics: Basic crash reporting and usage analytics to help us fix bugs and improve the App experience.

Subscriptions

Billing for Premium memberships is handled exclusively by Google Play. Your payment information is processed securely by Google, and we do not have access to your full payment method details.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. While we use industry-standard encryption for cloud backups, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We recommend using device-level security (PIN, pattern, or biometric lock) to protect your local data.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only disclose information:

• When required by law or valid legal process.
• To protect our rights, your safety, or the integrity of the App.
• At your explicit request (e.g., if you choose to export or share your task lists).

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
